What was supposed to be a 3 week job turned to a 2 and half month job. Pasquale has the worst customer service. I would have to call several times to what was going on and only got excuses and rude update voice-mail. I have now got my car back and I somehow my sunglass holder is broken. There's a piece of foam that I believe goes to my mirror laying in my backseat so not sure if that got put back in. Will NEVER USE AGAIN!!
I would recommend Maaco to anyone who needs work done. I had a rear dent and bumper damage. The dent was repaired and the bumper replaced flawlessly. Damian went the extra mile and offered customization for my emblems. I absolutely love the work and the customer service. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
I’ve taken my vehicle here a few times now for Body repairs and every time I get my vehicle back there’s a mechanical issue. I’ve had to pay out of pocket. I never get a good customer service but I’ve been back to give it the benefit of the doubt but every time is the same thing. Service: Painting
