Have had the pleasure of doing business here numerous times. Every visit was exceptional, clean facility for waiting, although I do miss the ole coffee availability, but I understand the protocol. Very efficient and courteous staff front and back.
The manager Brandon is absolutely amazing. He showed concern and took the time to address all of our concerns showed us all of our options, and worked with us even on the price to make everything in our repairs manageable.. Also checked all fluids and topped off it, free of charged, where applicable.
We got a deal that was really great! They really worked with us and I have not had a bad experience at the Waco Goodyear! We've been using them since 2010 approximately.
