I scheduled an appt for 10:30 today I was here early. My vehicle finally went in the shop at approx 1:00. It’s still on the rack at 1:35. All I needed was a leak fixed and tires rotated. Do not buy any tires from Firestone. I only did it because Discount Tires didn’t do alignments. I totally regret my decision!
Makes you wait forever, didn't see a women's restroom at all, employees seem like they aren't in a hurry and they don't want to be there.
My sn had work done here, they got him in quick and was ready when promised. They did a great job and God work.
