Took my car here late May/Early June 2021. They do not communicate with each other. Asked for them to call with price before fixing the car. The guy I spoke with on the phone said they would. The 2nd guy I talked to on the phone never got the message to call with price first, so it was fixed and then and I was called and told what I owed. Sometimes things just happen and this was not enough for me to not want to try them again. Now it's Nov 2021 car is overheating again and I called and had it towed to Certified Auto Repair again. I spoke to someone (they never give their first/last name) advised car being towed in, updated my phone number, and asked that they call me with a price. My phone number was new to me and the morning it was to be towed I called back and spoke to who I believe is same guy. Corrected the phone number. I asked if he could check the coolant line to see if it was blocked and the belt first....never got to finish the sentence, he cut me off said in a clipped tone
