Caliber Collision

Highly disappointed! Very unsatisfied! Unsettling that no one has reached out to resolve issue at hand. Progressive seemed shocked and said they will have to see about repayment that it’s uncommon but my pictures show a job incomplete. Caliber Collision had such amazing communication & customer service up until they didn’t. My front bumper was not installed correctly! Along with some inside trunk panels which I took care of myself. The front bumper is sticking out on both sides! I cannot believe that a company with such a great reputation did such an awful job on my car! Update 3-22-2023: I received a call from someone with Caliber Collision. He explained to me what couldve happen as to why both sides were sticking out and says it will take about 30 min to fix. I will update once issue is resolved! Final Update: One side is fixed. They did not fix my hitch and my gun was stolen from my console while there. They showed me the picture they took when it arrived and my gun was in my console and gone when I went to pick it up. They have not been able to “find it”. Still waiting on response of when they’ll fix my hitch. My car was filthy when I picked it up Services: Painting, Body & Trim
