Mr. McCoy and staff are very kind and do a great job of solving the issue and getting it done in a timely manner no matter how busy they are. I highly recommend them for any issues you may have with your vehicle. Service: General repairs & maintenance
2 stars because i usually try not to come in with a bad attitude but my belt broke leaving o'reillys next door. I asked the store clerks to rent a ratchet/breaker bar because someone was already using them ay O'Reilly's but NO TOOL RENTAL!! I only needed to put my belt on...the only 3/8 size they had was an ratch with 100 positions for almost 50 bucks!! Never again...not if i have a choice...
Adam was great fixing my A/C blower. Rachel was wonderful as the go between. I would recommend them dealing with Mercedes. Of course parts are pricey. Service: A/C installation & repair
