Ramirez Transmission

This place was rude, gave an attitude and got offended when we asked simple questions about their diagnosis. Took my girlfriends car in to have a small shutter checked out. The guy at the front desk (Al I believe) called back to say it needed a new transmission. When I asked him about what they checked and how they concluded that we need to spend $5k+ on a new transmission, he told me that the owner has 50 years experience and that’s what he diagnosed. When I asked him about the fluid levels, etc he became rude and asked what I was “trying to get at”. I politely told him that I was just trying to get on the same page of understanding, to which he started giving me more attitude, the same explanation that the owner has been doing this for 50 years, and that if we wanted to second guess that, we should take our business elsewhere. This shop is amazing! They diagnosed my Grand Cherokee and found it wasn't transmission, but the transfer case and rear diff causing major issues. Replaced the diff and rebuilt the transfer case in a little more than a week. Jeep has never driven so well since I've owned it! Good people there too, thanks again guys!
