Absolute life savers! Andres was so sweet and helpful. The A/C went out on on my ML350 on a road trip with babies and dogs in tow after we had already taken it to an actual Mercedes dealership who had overcharged it. Lucky Andres was able to take care of it for us. Great customer service and he was very knowledgeable. Will always recommend them in the future!

Kept my 1999 Mercedes SL500, for over year, for what was suppose to be rather minor repairs to Aircondioning. Majority of the time it was left parked outside. Heard nothing but excuses, ‘he was too busy’, ‘he was going out of town’, he wasn’t feeling well’. I finally insisted it be fixed, ($1,500) and when I picked it up, the air conditioning was still rattling as I drove off, the car exterior was covered with stratches, interior was filthy and several parts broken inside the car that were not broken before. I drove it straight to VLC Elite Concepts and left it the same day I picked it up from Fritz’s. Estimate is another $1,500 in repairs and I will now have to have it repainted. I am furious and will never go back to Fritz’s.
