Rolled up seconds after closing. Ty walked over, instead of choosing to ignore us or allowing us to figure things out ourselves, informed us that the service was closed but still went above and beyond to ensure we were good to go. I recently had all my tires and rims stolen off my vehicle. Discount tire was able to get me back on the road quickly and efficiently. The customer service went above and beyond my expectations despite having high expectations from previous visits. I would recommend this location to anyone and will continue to be their customer for as long as I live in Victoria.
Had a flat on our way to a funeral, walked over to get a new tire, Jeremy and the crew there took care of us! We were in and out, made it to the funeral on time! We appreciate y’all very much! Thank y’all.
