I originally made an appointment for my second key to be programmed which took them 24 hours to complete. They kept my car for a whole day. I dropped it off at 8:00 am and it wasn’t ready until the next day. When I dropped off my car originally I had them order a part for my steering wheel since one of the buttons broke. When the part arrived I made an appointment for the warranty work (A button on the steering wheel broke), an oil change and tire rotation. It took them over 24 hours to complete the warranty work which was just a simple button on the steering wheel. When they called me the next day to tell me my car was ready, it in fact was not ready because they had forgotten to do the oil change and tire rotation I was upset but I was not rude or anything I simply told them I would come back later. When I came back when my car was finally ready I asked for a discount and the service receptionist was rude immediately without hesitation I guess he didn’t tell his boss about his error

They have had my car in for the same issue several times for several days each time the past few months, and currently they have had it for a month straight. At this point I honestly believe they have had my car more than I have. Then they want to "fix" my issue by sending me a salesmen that literally wasted nearly 3 hours to get back to me after asking basic questions. (What color/trim/price are the cars?) Now that I think about it, to be completely honest, he never did actually answer the questions. Nor has anyone else even bothered reaching out to me after 4 days (ignoring Sunday as they are closed) The entire process has been an absolute annoyance. Scheduled for a recall for the hood. Was given an estimated time to complete 3-4 hours. I also asked them for an oil change. Car was dropped off at 10:45 and car was ready by 12:30! Awesome service. Service: General repairs & maintenance
