Great service ,but just don't have my specific parts for car when needed.
I went in to get spark plugs and the customer service rep added a pack of "grease" that he said was essential for them to work properly. I took the spark plugs to my mechanic and was told that that was not grease for the plugs, it was for preventing seizing and that I should take it back because it was unnecessary. I live out of town and making a trip for 2 dollars makes no sense. Is this kind of dishonesty normal with Autozone employees? It's a $2 upsell that wasn't much, but makes me feel like you guys have no integrity.
Quality products. Usually have staff assist with the item purchased but my vehicle needed to be thoroughly cool this time to do so.
