Walmart Auto Care Centers

I arrived here and someone came out and started telling me they could not change my oil because my car was making a vibrating noise while it was turned on. I asked to speak to the manager and everyone just stood and looked at me and I had to go and find the manager. The manager named John had left the scene. I finally found him after asking 4 different workers. He continued to tell me he was not aloud to change my oil because it was making noise. I went somewhere else and they didn’t even mention the noise. All in all, will never go back there. Service: Oil change

Drove 40 miles to get tires on my wife's car. After an hour wait, was informed they had only one in stock. They look in computer but don't physically check. Told me they had 7 in stock. Talked to manager, who couldn't care less. Took my business elsewhere.

I noticed a lot of complaints coming to me about Wal-Mart, but my own experience was good. A few minor flaws but no business is perfect. I sympathize with the workers because their job isn't easy. I am thankful for the willing workers. Grateful for those who helped me today even though they were frustrated.
