They did good work and seemed very down to earth, friendly, and honest. The only reason I give 3 stars is that the work took about a month instead of the initially quoted week and never during the process did anyone call to tell me what was going on. Only time I could get information was when I called to find out the status. If they were communicative and gave accurate estimates of the time it would absolutely be 5 stars.
My vehicle enables my freedom to move about….. someone backed into my Ruby. I appreciate their attention to the details and were so helpful and professional. I got my vehicle in …..and it was well done and ready in days….. grateful for the crew at Macco Tyler caring to get me back on the road in style. Thank You????????
