Don’t take your car here, not even for an inspection. I wish I could give 0 stars. My wife took the car in for inspection today to renew tags for the year. She was told the tires were “too old” to pass inspection and was quoted 800-1200 for two options for four complete new tires before tax. She was told she could not pass inspection, not because they had any wear, because they were over 6 years old (because they are in great condition). And they aren’t six years old, they are barely 3 years old. Not to mention they are also in great shape and the car has had less than 15k miles put on it in three years. She was told she could buy four new tires right then and get a passed inspection. She left and went to Fairway Auto Center in Tyler, Texas (a very professional place) and they gave her a passed inspection within 15 minutes with no comment on the tires and got the tags renewed. Unlike the manager (Smith) implied, there is no law on “tire expiration”, just simply common sense if the tire

Got an oil change for 7.3 diesel. It took hour and a half. I was charged 98.99 for oil change, 24.00 for 3 quarts of oil and a 20.00 labor charge total of 153.00 plus tax.. At the end they left my steering wheel dirty and I belive they over charged me with a labor charge. Zero customer service, I don't recommend. Service: Oil change
