Honest-1 Auto Care

Labor prices are a bit steep, but a lot of auto shops are now (unfortunately). I do commend them for being detailed and up-front with the pricing, as well as being quick with my oil change and quote for other services. Based on my experience I would highly recommend to at least start here if not complete all service here. Service: Oil change

Went there because they had good reviews and felt like I could trust them. Paid 2,900 to fix three oil leaks which included 1,400 in labor for one of the leaks…..and my car is still leaking oil and shooting out smoke. Taking it back to them so they can finish repairing my car or issue a refund.

my car’s transmission completely broke and made driving impossible, all on a friday afternoon when they were closed. i called and luckily they agreed to let me drop off my car over the weekend to look at it monday. travis was very helpful and got back to me on the issues my car had within two days. unfortunately the cost of repairs is more than the car is worth so i didn’t have anything done on it, but they didn’t charge me for the initial inspection or holding my car on their lot for a few days. when i get a vehicle that ACTUALLY WORKS i’ll be taking it to honest-1 every time :) Service: Auto engine diagnostic
