Ramiro is dedicated to his work!! Hes 100% honest and not money hungry like most people in the auto industry. He could have taken advantage of us but he didn't and he fixed our car in a way we would never know how to do. He could have charged us 1500 to 2K but only charged us for a diagnostic! We thought it was an extensive fix but he made it so simple by clearing the sensor codes that qe found out are super sensitive for no reason sometimes. My name is Errol and I live Kilgore. I took my 2009 scion XD since the car been feels like chocking and losing power. The technician/owner checked the issues and found out the oil is leaking on my engine and need to replace 1 coil which is bad. He fixed it within a couple of hours. When I saw my bill, I was surprised because I know if I went to other shops and Car dealership, they will charge me twice of the amount. On top of that the owner noticed that I have one of my tire had a nail so he fixed it with charging me.. I would definately going keep this guy as our car mechanics from now on.. if you want a great service and want to save money?
