It is 10:20 and I’m still here waiting to have my warranted tires to be checked at 10:20:(
Very unprofessional made appointment online they said they new nothing about it actually went there 2 days in a row never got in said I was going somewhere else the guy behind counter said good luck with that told me all dealships in town were 3 weeks behind and pep boys was 3 days behind drove straight to pep boys was in an out in less than an hour and a half pickup fixed and blowing cold air NEVER GO BACK TO FIRESTONE and have told several of my friends and they have had same experience with firestone. I wouldn't give them a half a star.
Just go somewhere else. Poor management. Worse customer service. I understand being low on staff. I understand that low staffing can cause you to get behind. That does not excuse not contacting a customer to tell them they can’t be taken as planned after the customer drives 40 miles to bring their car in…
