Service was finished faster than expected. Had a 3hr wait time, they narrowed it down to 2!
My Honda had a bolt break on some work I had done when I was out of town. I explained to Butler Alignment & Brake what happened. Both shops are apart of the Napa Auto care and I was trying to see if things were under warranty. They were able get some of the labor covered and the part wasn’t actually broken just the bolt that held it there. They didn’t try sell me a new part were honest that it still worked. Didn’t take long. They even a few days later texted to see how the car was doing after the I paid and picked up the car. No frustrations and I’m a fan.
They're knowledge and very reasonably priced. As a mechanic myself I decided to take them my personal vehicle that I didn't feel like working on and they did a great job. Didn't try to upcharge or sell me things I didn't need. Definitely recommend this shop
