I recommend this place for all who live in the Tyler and surrounding areas. Unlike Firestone these awesome individuals were prompt and very courteous. I had an issue and they addressed it. Brett Dunning the sales manager took ownership and took great care of me. Please stop by and give them a try! Don't settle for less when Bill Day Tire Center is the best!!!
Pulled into Bill Day Tire earlier this week on my little doughnut of a spare desperate to get my real tire repaired and back on the car. I had no appointment- just walked in. Not only were the service guys super quick and fast to get the job done, but the gentlemen at the front desk were AWESOME!! So friendly, so kind. I swear, if I lived in Tyler I would faithfully use this company!!!
I discovered I had a leak in my left front tire and stopped by Bill Day's Tire Center on Broadway today without an appointment. I've used them before and have always appreciated the great service and courtesy I'm shown by the men at the front desk. Today was no exception - in and out in 15 minutes - and no charge to fix my tire! WOW! Highly recommend.
