My Ford Explorer had wiring issues that were causing a lot of weird things with the dash display and service lights. It was nearly undrivable. We came in Monday, 06/19, and the guys at 2M got me and my family back on the road the same day and I've had no issues since. They're honest, fair, and just a really great group of guys. They take good care of everyone that walks through the door; I definitely recommend 2M if you're searching for an honest mechanic shop in Tyler!

Nice guys, but they really screwed us over. Charged 1600 for repairs to the radiator and A/C. Great price and quick work.. but they didn’t tell us the A/C wasn’t fixed. We sold the car to a good friend the next day. When we brought the car back to see about the A/C —they told us they’d need +$300 to fix some wiring. They ended up charging us $450 —and told us we needed to wait on a $200 dollar part. We waited a week only to find out they ordered the wrong part. We’re out 2k & have a good friend angry with us for selling a car with a broken A/C

I'm grateful for Steven and the staff at 2M Automotive in Tyler. After going to another automotive store and being told my battery was good and that I may need a new starter/alternator, the crew at 2M was thorough in checking out my 4Runner and found it actually was a new battery I needed, and the starter/alternator were good.
