Inspected my vehicle for collision damages and haven’t responded with estimation for almost 10 days. They didn’t inform insurance/me until calling them more than twice. Not sure if others experienced this but based on their ratings chose this location for collision and its a bad experience.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR TESLAS!!! Honestly a terrible body shop. I got into a car accident and somehow they convinced my insurance that the damages were “unrelated” to my accident. This makes no sense cause there we no damages prior to my accident. Joey and John the GM are very unprofessional and rude. Basically he’s calling me a liar. How would I have damages to my vehicle prior to an accident and still be driving it? So they are only going to fix what they think is wrong, and my vehicle will still be un drive able. Do not go to this shop to fix a Tesla, they are just trying to make money off you. They wanted me to file another claim for the “unrelated damages”. This is absolutely insane, and when I get my vehicle back it won’t even be drivable. Do not waste your time with this establishment or Joey. And NO YOU DID NOT RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT. YOU ACTUALLY DENIED MY SERVICE BECAUSE OF YOUR OWN INCOMPETENCE ON HOW TO FIX TESLA VEHICLES DO NOT SEND YOUR TESLA VEHICLE HERE. DO NOT DEAL WITH JO

They took lots of time to service. It is been 1 month since they evaluated my car but no one contacted scheduling the service
