Just not good management. Ran a diagnostic for more than I was quoted the day before, cleared the codes so I could NOT do a diagnostic anywhere until car showed the error again. Then added extra charges to my receipt and when I asked about was met with rude treatment to get them removed. Do better. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This Firestone is a classic example of walking in with 1 problem and Firestone telling you that you actually have 5 problems - just a classic money grab (this happens every time). I've even seen this Firestone go as far as to "accidentally" mess up something in your car while fixing a problem just for you to come back to fix the other problem that they "accidentally" caused. Now for specific bad customer experiences - the manager here (i.e., James) just overall has a bad attitude and is rude in the way he communicates. I've had multiple bad experiences in terms of overall customer experience. As a customer, I want to feel good about what I am purchasing. James lacks customer service skills and does not make me feel good. In fact, he gives off the vibe that he's just straight up annoyed with my questions, indicating lack of patience.
