Colony Car Care

My family just moved to the colony and we were recommended to this shop based upon local reviews. I called today to try and to schedule and a engine diagnostic, which on their website it says all "minor and major engine work" and when I asked if they did engine work I was told no twice very rudely, as if I was inconviencing them for asking, then I was hung up on. If you don't do engine repair I suggest you update your website. What a very rude and bad experience as a local resident. You hung up while I was trying to ask you further questions, so whether you raised your voice thinking I couldn't hear you or not, your shop is extremely rude and I will not be giving you any future business, as well as passing the word around to the local residents about the com

We love these guys. Our first experience with them was when we were told that what we needed was something simple we could do ourselves. Who does that anymore? They won our trust that day. They've worked on all our vehicles since. Fernando is honest about what he sees and the cost. One important point is regarding a wheelchair accessible Dodge van. The Dodge dealership was always hesitant to work on the van, not Fernando. Our 2000 Dodge van is still running, thank you so much Fernando.

Very disappointing! If I could give him zero star I would. My husband took his work van to Fernando to ask about possibly doing work on his van. Fernando advised him of the $90 diagnostic charge. My husband decided at that time he wasn't going to do it. The following day my husband took his van to Fernando and told him to look at his truck. Come to find out it was a tire my husband needed. My husband went to pay Fernando and he stated that this one is on the house. My husband told him well I'm going to have my wife bring our truck to you to get a transmission mount put on. Let me stop here. I was told by another mechanic at another shop I needed a transmission mount but we decided to take it to Fernando. I get to the office and Fernando takes my keys and begin working on my truck. He completes the work and comes into the office to tell me that it wasn't my transmission mount it's my engine mount.
