Edit: They have now had my car for 15 days and I was told yesterday they "might" start on it today (9/20). Looking it up, it says a bearing takes an hour and a half to fix. Are you kidding me? FIFTEEN DAYS? For an hour and a half fix? RIDICULOUS. This shop does great work and pricing is fair, but I'd only suggest using them if you have another car to use. They take FOREVER to get repairs done. They did an $8k repair to our car after a piece of metal from a semi got stuck under the car. The work was flawless, but it took... I think 3-4 weeks to fix? And okay, it was a big repair and a few parts came in broken, so I kind of got that. But I brought in our other car on 9/5 for a much smaller repair. It is now 9/15, and I have not heard about the parts or repairs. It's been a pain trying to figure out how to get to work. If you can share a car, this is a great shop to use. Had some damage on right side ,on rear and front drivers side. They did excellent work. Took longer than I had hoped because of trouble getting parts but end result was wonderful.
