Phone issues earlier. Hopefully this posts correctly. I was told via word of mouth that Max's Auto was a fair and reputable auto shop. Russell was my mechanic in charge of my car. He was very professional and friendly from the get go. He's very knowledgeable with his many years of experience and is honest. He spent a valuable amount of time assessing what was wrong. Once he determined the problem, he contacted me and informed me of the problems and gave a fair estimate, as well as made sure I was okay with the amount before ordering what was needed. He also kept in contact with any needed updates. I thank Russell and Max for all that they do to be fair, kind, hard working, and reputable. I highly recommend using their auto services.
