Shop was "broken into" all that was stolen was my car. It would be ok if the shop had insurance. Or would pay the judgements in texas against him like I and others have. Dont take anything there that you want back.
Professional, reliable, very knowledgeable staff. From older vehicles to the latest new vehicles they can repair or rebuild it. Very impressive skills.
Awful experience. Cates lied numerous times. He kept our truck for 9 months and it still wasn't fixed! We had to take him to court to get our truck fixed and even then he disobeyed the judge's order. DO NOT take your truck to Cates to get it fixed unless you don't want it done right.
