During a routine oil change for my Honda Accord at the Honda dealership, I was told I needed to replace my timing belt and that it would cost me over $1,300 to fix it. I had heard about Northampton Auto from several folks on one of the local community apps, so I brought my vehicle in to get a second opinion. Upon talking to Mark about the issue, he was adamant that my vehicle likely did not need a new timing belt. He thoroughly inspected my vehicle and confirmed that the timing belt was in good shape. More importantly, he didn't charge me anything. Just this week, I was having issues with the starter on my vehicle. I purchased the part and brought my vehicle in to Mark to replace it. While I was waiting for the repair, I was talking to a few other customers in the waiting area.
