This was the most terrible experience Iv ever had with an auto shop. I dropped my car off at 9:20 am for an a/c diagnostic. It took them till 530pm to contact me back and tell me it needed a new compressor that they didn’t have. When I came to pick the car back up there was grease all over my light gray leather seats and window seal. To top it off when I drove a way I quickly found out that they forgot to attach the covering under the engine, and it was dragging under my car. So I had to Turn around and go back , just for them to take another 30 min. To fig out how to fix it. To say the least I will not be returning. Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Everything was good. The only issue I have - I can’t get a call back in regards to the center portion of my hubcap being damaged. It will not stay on. The work was done to the breaks and I know they realized it wouldn’t tighten up when they put the tires back on. Otherwise I’d give them 5 stars. Seems it’s maybe stripped. Guess someone didn’t want to be accountable. If you mess up… fix it out at least acknowledge it and let me know so we can arrange a date to bring it back. I left 3 messages for the guy that handled everything to call me back. No call to date… ????‍♀️

Excellent customer service and professional staff! I was able to get my oil change done in under an hour. I wasn't able to get my vehicle inspection done because the machine was down but I had time the same day to get it done elsewhere. I appreciate the services rendered!
