Came here with a C5 Corvette headlight motor fix and got it replaced in under 2 hours. All is good, the staff are friendly and the waiting room is nice.
My SUV was having transmission issues and I took it to Alpha. They ran diagnostics, informed me of my options and ended up rebuilding he transmission. The entire process took about a week. Overall I had a great experience. Their customer service is excellent; they called to give me updates, washed the vehicle before returning, and the vehicle is running great although it’s just the first day. They asked me to take the vehicle back in 10 days and they will do a quick inspection to make sure there are no issues, which I think is awesome.
Quick, easy & professional oil change , my second one i might add. Even under construction of a new office Mike was well organized and prompt with service as usual and his mechanics are hardworking . I Will be back for more of this amazing service. Service: Oil change
