I went to every where else to install a light bulb but all the shops said they are busy. But these people hepled me out right away. I need a headlight bulb. Even thy were busy that still helped me out and fixed my car. The service was great and reasonable price. Very good people and very professional. Thank you Alpha

I don't usually do reviews on Google but this is necessary, my 2019 Nissan car had a damaged engine and due to my low budget I looked for many quotes in different mechanical shops, I had my neighbor who works as a mechanic in his garage if he could fix it and he charged me half the cheapest budget that I could get in a professional workshop, so because he did not have the right tools, the installation was not satisfactory and my car broke down again in a month of two months after looking for a cheap workshop They fixed my engine again and after 3 months it broke down again they told me that the engine had a guarantee but when I went the guarantee that it supposedly had did not cover what failed inside the motor so I HAVE SPENT DOUBLE WHAT I COULD HAVE PAID in a good workshop that is really specialized in engine repair/diagnostic good mechanics with THE RIGHT TOOLS AND WITH A GOOD WARRANTY WELL EXPLAINED and DETAILED, so 5 months after having repaired my warranty in this workshop I want

My SUV was having transmission issues and I took it to Alpha. They ran diagnostics, informed me of my options and ended up rebuilding he transmission. The entire process took about a week. Overall I had a great experience. Their customer service is excellent; they called to give me updates, washed the vehicle before returning, and the vehicle is running great although it’s just the first day. They asked me to take the vehicle back in 10 days and they will do a quick inspection to make sure there are no issues, which I think is awesome.
