Motor Masters

This is considered to be the Worst case scenario with this "business" . I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. Long story short, I took my truck to this place for a simple tune up because the engine light came on. Before I left the truck with them, it was still in good working condition. However, When I received my truck back, it was not only in bad condition but in a worse condition. They could not turn it on and when they did, it would shall in reverse when they tried to get it out of the garage. Since then, my truck has not been fixed and now I have been stranded in Sherman, Texas for approximately a month and a half. I am not from this town and have been trying to get my truck and my family out of this situation. After countless efforts to try and contact the owner; he is no where to be found. I have been trying to settle this in a good manner but I'm getting the opposite of what a civilizated business owner would do. If the "business" Sees this review he might comment back

Very consistent with keeping me informed on the car from when they start checking the car, to letting me know everything about what’s needing to be checked and every price. Quick and easy, had my throttle body switched out and had a couple other issues that they found which is perfect. Very very good place to get your car done????
