Oct. 28, 2025, took my Kia Telluride to Jason at Bob Utter Ford for a recall chrome strip replacement. Jason was kind and super helpful, work done perfectly! Thank you so much!
Good overall. Lost track of my status. Went beyond estimated time of completion. No call to update. Didn’t know they were out of the manufacture parts until I called for an update. Once i called, a week later, only then did realized they didn’t have the parts. They immediately ordered aftermarket and had it done fast within 24 hours. They are super busy, prob no fault of their own, it’s just ford and supply issues. Will use again.
From top to bottom, an absolutely stellar organization. Every experience I've had with them has been fantastic.
