This is a father and son operation that's up front and honest. As a relatively recent refugee from NY, I found myself stuck in the Walmart parking lot with a busted starter motor. Alex(the son) showed up, did an on-site, spot on diagnosis, dropped me off at the motel I'm staying in, then went back picked up my car, and fixed it within the time frame he told me he would. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is very important when moving to a new state. I trust Alan Auto Repair.
The employees are nice and they are there to help and not charge an arm and a leg like the dealerships. CarShied directed me to them.
We were so lucky to have found this repair shop! We were on a road trip and had car problems. They got us back on the road the same day. They gave us a ride to a hotel and dropped the vehicle off to us after fixing it. This was the best service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this repair shop. They treat you like family. And they’re amazing at what they do!
