Walmart Auto Care Centers

I have always had a good experience there, technicians are great but I am not happy with the service they have shown today with my son. He took his car since 11am this morning for a flat tire and it is 1:35pm and until now his car is being attended. They are understaffed and the only two guys working there took their lunch time AT THE SAME TIME! I don't know who their manager is but as for management knowledge he should know better than to sent BOTH to lunch while there is work to be done. Overall, they did a good job, but the wait was way too long when there were only two cars before his. I would suggest to hire more people to have a faster service.

Came in for a regular oil change today and waited an hour and a half. I asked them how much longer it would be and they said probably another hour and a half. If you are going to expect someone to wait three hours for an oil change you should at least let them know at first. I talked to the management and they told me it would pretty much be this way through September.

I just had the BEST experience at the automotive department. A gentleman named Christian helped me with a battery situation. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything to me about testing and replacing the battery. His exceptional customer service should be recognized. Keep up the fantastic job.
