Griffith Ford San Marcos Service

My truck started having problems and it took 2 weeks before I could even have an appointment to drop it off. When I finally did they had it for a week and a half before it got fixed just for a few sensors and the whole time I wasn’t issued a rental (which is included in the warranty I paid for). The service support staff was great, and as helpful as they could be and overall they did a great job fixing my truck.

First off the staff that I spoke with are polite and professional. However, when I called to schedule an oil change, I was told I would be there about 30 minutes. When I arrived, I was told 60 minutes. I waited 90 minutes before asking how much longer and was told another 15 minutes. It took another 30 minutes for a total of 120 minutes for a simple oil change. Please DONT tell people what you think they want to hear, tell them the truth! I wouldnt be upset if I was told upfront how long it would actually take. On top of that it cost about $100 for a straight up basic oil change. RIDICULOUS. I wont go back there for an oil change. I came in to check my tires they quickly found a nail the rest they offered a ride home while they worked on it. They quickly got the work done and was able to drop off my vehicle in less than 2 hours. I will definitely come again, and I recommend the service team. Service: Tires
