I hit a deer in my brand new car and took it here. Because my car was so new and the production lines are so far behind, I had to wait on a part. They never let me feel forgotten. They text and called me to keep me in the loop. I will never forget the kindness and customer service I received here. Trust me when I say I have had way worse experiences elsewhere! Top notch!! I got rear ended pretty bad. My trunk was messed up and back up camera was broken. The trim along the back was broken. Caliber Collision did such an amazing job at replacing all the parts and making it look better than it ever has. I was so impressed by how well the staff communicated with me as well.
