They did a great job! They worked with my insurance company and got everything done in a timely manner. My car looks better than ever and they even found some hail damage and took care of it also with the insurance company.

Absolutely ridiculous, do not take you vehicle here under any circumstances. Dangerously unprofessional work, zero quality control, zero customer service. Honestly this is the least competent, least professional operation I’ve ever seen. They will always promise to call you back, but you’ll never get a call. I brought my truck here after a crash… many months later and after bringing the truck back multiple times for multiple issues it now has frame damage that was not caused by the crash, but while in the repair process at Big Boys. They did fantastic work on my truck. I drove down from Austin based on recommendations, and have my truck back less than 48 hours later. They even came and literally dropped it off at my work [in Austin] when they were done. Amazing service and exemplary work. You would be doing yourself a favor coming here FIRST.
