AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

I've now had a mechanic come and act aggressive towards me twice. This was after an encounter of them using parking spaces that didn't belong to them without even asking if it was okay. When I called to ask for an explanation as to their employees behavior i was told that it didnt look like i needed the spaces because i "didnt have any business anyway." I'd advise the Management to read their reviews. Incredibly disrespectful people who do not care about customers or their vehicles.

If I could put ZERO stars I WOULD! I’m convinced this place isn’t even real and is a scam. I went here and they starting working on my car without my permission. And ran up a bill that I never authorized! I had to go to a different mechanic and his diagnosis was way different than the one I got from AAMCO. I left this shop with a problem that I didn’t initially have I am convinced that the mechanic sabotaged me and broke something in my car because he was upset that I didnt have to pay for whatever work that he did before I told them to stop. DO NOTTT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY ARE SHIESTY!!!!!!

Took my 2019 Ram 1500 with the 8 speed transmission in there for a service even though the manual says it is a lifetime on fluids. When I called to ask them about the lifetime on fluids Jaye told me since I had 120,000+ miles on it I should get the pan dropped and filter and fluid changed and she gave me a quote. So I made the appointment for 8 AM. When I got there at 8 AM they got right to work on it and also told me I should get the rear differential serviced as well so I did that also. About an hour and 45 minutes later it was done. Jaye told me that normally they charge a whole lot more for the 8 speed Mercedes transmission that my truck had because you have to change the pan due to the built in filter but since she had quoted me a price on the phone she would honor that price. That was awesome. She even had to go to the local dealership and get the pan with the built in filter as they did not have one in stock and the dealership is the only place you can get them. OUTSTAN
