Had my engine light come on for a bad sensor in my Kia optima 2019. that the carvana had NOT replaced Pryor to selling me the car. Couldn’t find the sensor ANYWHERE! And dealerships who can’t take care of their vehicles before selling ,charged too much. This shop did an outstanding job not only fixing my car promptly but polite service and even showed me where the part is located in my car. They educate you and they help you get back on the road. I took my car to another repair shop to fix what I thought was a control arm. The first shop looked at it and told me the problem was my entire subframe, and that it was barley holding on. But they couldn’t fix it because they never had this repair before. This process took four days. I drove it to a shop I found online but nearer my house. Lalo gave me a price to replace the entire subframe. The next day I got a call to let me know it was done. The next day! When USA Auto Repair explained all they did and managed to keep the price as quoted, I felt I was treated fairly. But when I drove it away, I KNEW I received quality service and workmanship. I’ve driven it around for the last two weeks. It’s better than when I bought it. Tighter. Smoother. I could not be happier with USA Auto Repair and the communication from Lalo in particular. Quality work. Fair and honest quotes. Nothing more to ask. I will go to them from now on for all our needed auto repair work.
