Took my Land Rover at the end of march for a water pump , thermostat and engine coolant line replacement also had them do a drive b having our wheel alignment at that time. We related to them we were going to be out of town and we need our vehicle by April 2. Upon receiving our vehicle on the drive home from the establishment, my husband received a check engine, low, coolant lights.(we never had a check engine light prior to dropping off our vehicle only coolant)when he got home to check coolant it was low below minimum and he sent pic and called the advisor. The advisor said it probably had air bubble (due to them not verifying the repair). The advisor told my husband he would get a 40$ off his next service being that 40$ was charged for the coolant. The advisor told my husband to drop off our vehicle at our next convenience . Upon returning from our trip, we dropped the vehicle for re-check. I stopped by in January for an issue I was experiencing on my Mustang. The staff in the front were very nice and accommodating during my visits. My vehicle had a defect that was initially hard to pinpoint; taking my car to the dealership did NOT help. However, bringing my car to Goose Automotive made a world of a difference. Their troubleshooting was top tier as they identified the issue and found the part that was needed for the fix. Robert G. worked with me to get the part that was needed. Went in for a simple brake fluid flush and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and efficient this shop runs. Same day appointment and out of the shop within 2 hours. Also noticed my windshield washer fluid was refilled without me having to ask which lets me know the staff really cares about the little things. The service advisor at the front desk also advised me about a possible control arm issue which should be addressed the next time I bring my car. Overall, I’m very pleased with my visit and will bring my BMW to Goose Automotive from here on out. Service: Brake service & repair
