I’ve dealt with this shop for a number of years and have watched the steady decline in the quality of their service. As a result, I’ve had to since cut ties with them. The straw that broke the camels back was when I took both my 2006 Mercedes R350 and 2006 Jaguar S-type to them to be repaired. Both vehicles were there at the same time with the Jaguar being allegedly completed first. I picked the vehicle up after hours and Tony the owner allowed me to come in the next day to pay for the repairs. Shortly after picking up the jag it began doing the exact same thing I brought it in to be repaired which was a transmission issue. I let Tony know and he advised me to replace the batter which I did to no avail. I told Tony I couldn’t pay for the repairs as obviously it wasn’t repaired. Meanwhile the Mercedes is still there and at that point had been there over a year and NOTHING had been repaired. When I informed Tony that I’d like to have it towed elsewhere he told me I owed him $1400 for the
