Dennis is the best kept secret in Sachse. I took my 14 year old Ford F150, with major engine problems. Not only did he keep me informed through the whole process, it runs better than it did when I bought it! He treats your vehicle as it's his own. I have taken two different vehicles to Dennis and have always had great service. He will be the only mechanic touching my cars from now on. Dennis is very professional and keeps you informed throughout the whole process while your vehicle is at his shop. He doesn’t try to upsell you on services, does quality work, and goes above and beyond. A couple examples of him going above and beyond were with hail in the forecast he pulled my vehicle into his garage overnight. Another time I forgot my garage door opener in my car and was locked out of my apartment. He was already home for the evening, but he met me back at the shop and let me get my door opener.
