So my hubby was right… the guys were very helpful with my car. Their name definitely fits the service. My car was having issue starting, and my hubby suggested Integrity 1st Automotive. He has taken his two cars there in the past and he swore by them. He reached out to them to let them know that I will stop by as soon as they open. As soon as I got there in the morning, they stated that they got me signed in already. I dropped off my keys and they provided an Uber to get home. I was able to catch my first work meeting for the day. Effortless check in and cordial service. Communication with them about my car was great. Overall service is awesome.
Joe was great. I recently moved to area and needed a few things done (brake fluid flush and oil change and inspection). He was able to get me in and out same day! The shop is very clean, cleanest I’ve ever been to… also snacks and drink selection is great!
Marco was great! Fast and friendly and knowledgeable! I’m telling everyone I know about this place! I came here for an inspection for my Tesla. I’ll definitely be back for any other work.
