Aaron came on a Sunday on short notice and diagnosed my issue to be related to the transmission, but he doesn't work on transmissions. He did provide a recommendation of where to take it to be treated fairly (hopefully!) and didn't charge me a dime for his time to come out. That's the mark of an honest, genuine person to work with. Will definitely ping him in the future if we need anything else!

Customer service was great in the beginning but got worse the longer I spoke with the woman (the wife I presume) regarding repairs needed on my vehicle. I was getting responses between 8-10 hours later sometimes at 1 or 2 AM. It escalated to the point where she began to berate me when I asked her questions on the process and blame me for my vehicle problems. Aaron is polite and respectful but his wife enjoys avoiding accountability and overcharging. She will read this and try to gaslight me like she has done the other people who have complained about her so I just want to say I never received an apology from you and don’t need one. I was shocked by your change in attitude the moment you got your money. Aaron’s services will no longer be recommended to others.

My car inspection is due this month, and of course my check engine light came on. I came across Aaron through a quick google search, sent a message, and Lindsay was very fast to reply and get me scheduled. Aaron showed up on time, diagnosed the problem with my O2 sensors, and advised me on a no cost solution! My usual mechanic would have charged $100 for the diagnostic, and would likely have charged me for sensor replacements. Thanks, guys! You will be my first call from now on!
