Tuffy by Brakes Plus

Great work and great customer service!!!! It’s got a small town mechanic shop feel to it! You don’t feel like there is a middle man relaying to you what the mechanic found and is recommending. The person you speak with is knowledgeable and intimately aware of your car and its needs. They don’t recommend just anything it needs based on mileage but what it actually needs work on. We’re super happy with them. Can’t recommend them enough!

The guy I dealt with at the shop, I think his name was Randy, overcharged me for everything. Quoted me $305 for an AC recharge. When another lady rang me up it totaled $180. One I picked the car up I started having issues with my car starting. I tied it back to the shop. The same guy said he was working on my car “as we speak”. When I called back the next day my keys were still in the drop box, no one even knew my car was there. Once they opened up the hood THE SAME GUY tried to charge me $1200 for what he said was an alternator and battery issue… ARE YOU CRAZY?! Then said I needed a new AC compressor and tried to charge me $1400 for that! Very disappointed.

I was extremely impressed with Darian's professionalism and communication skills. He kept me updated every step of the way and explained the repair process thoroughly. I appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to answer all of my questions. Furthermore, I was blown away by the quality of work performed by Ruben. His expertise and attention to detail were evident in the final product, and I felt confident driving my car off the lot knowing that it had been repaired by such a skilled technician. My experience with Tuffy by Brakes Plus was exceptional. Their team went above and beyond to provide excellent service, and I will definitely be returning for any future auto repair needs.
