I got into a situation here where I was told one price at agreement for repair then another upon going to pick up the vehicle. Instead of ducking my head and accepting that I decided to reach out to their district manager to see what could be done. He went above and beyond to remedy the situation, acknowledging what he could of the original plan and keeping me updated the entire time as he helped me. While I wish I wouldn’t of had to of gone through what I did, it was nice to have a friendly voice that actually worked towards helping me instead of getting the usual corporate “wish we could help”

Wife took our Truck to get inspected. They failed the truck saying the Engine belt needs to be replaced and it would cost $200. Luckily I am a mechanic. And would replace the belt myself. She bought a new belt so I could change it when I got home from work. There was nothing wrong with the belt to begin with. Do not take your vehicles here.

Called SunAuto for brakes squeaking and oil change. Before jumping right into new brakes, mechanic did an inspection on them and found brakes were good. Hot spot forming on a single rotor and offered to shave it down. Because they are an honest business they only did the amount of work required to address the issue I came in for. They did not pressure me to replace rotors or replace brake pads as mine were in good shape. Finally a place I don’t have to dread going as they aren’t trying to up-sale every opportunity. I truly appreciate that and will use them for all maintenance from now on. So refreshing to see! Thanks SunAuto!
