I had an issue at a dealership and called rush to get some idea of what was going on. The fellow that answered asked me the right questions and figured out that my problem was a warranty issue that the dealership should have told me. I Have never been to Rush but based on his handling my problem over the phone, when my warranties are out, Rush will be my go-to place!
Great experience! They didn’t try to upsell unnecessarily, they were honest, polite and very professional. Best part, they called when they were done, not at the end of the day because you hadn’t picked up your vehicle yet. I will be returning.
Great auto shop. Their prices are decent and they’ve been very honest and straightforward with me. They’ve worked on 2 of my vehicles and I have no complaints. Highly recommend.
