Had to get my two catalytic converters switched out and all the prices around town were over $2,000. Found this place and was pretty much in disbelief that changing the catalytic converters will be under a grand. But sure enough it was true and they did it pretty quickly. I got my truck back within the hour, and that's with no appointment. These guys know what they're doing and are highly recommended.
Mr Jacob is amazing! I had an exhaust installed by another shop and they forgot to weld a section. Came in to round rock muffler and showed Jacob what had happened with the other shop he was very friendly and willing to help. He squeezed me in their tight schedule and had me on my way in less than 30 min my exhaust leak was fixed! They did an amazing job! Thanks Jacob!
Lady on the phone was difficult to work with. Was just wanting to get pricing and options and she was more interested in sounding like an expert than fielding some questions. Great way to lose business.
