We had a couple of accidents one right after the other that required some body work. They were about a month out before they could start the work and it took about a month to complete. They worked with the insurance company's and it was a smooth experience.

Impressive service by Round Rock Collision Center who was referred to me by Lexus as a preferred vendor to do body work after a woman hit my car in a parking lot. Their customer service was excellent even when I brought my car in on the wrong day. They happily accepted it and got me on my way. They interfaces with the insurance company quickly and efficiently so work could get approved and started. My service rep called me frequently to update me on the progress. They completed the work in just a few weeks and delivered the car back to me in beautiful condition. I highly recommend them.
