Arrived at 7:45 am and was 2nd in line and immediately noticed the loud blaring music coming from the shop. I could see employees chatting and dancing as they were working. This was a premonition of the horrible oil change I was about to receive. After waiting more than 1.5 hours to get an oil change, the 3rd person who came in (about 15 minutes before my car was done) was given MY results of the oil change and inspection. How did the front desk mistake his car for mine when I've been waiting almost 2 hours and this 3rd customer barely walks in just a few minutes ago. There's only 2 people at this point in the waiting room so it's not as if it was busy. The worst is when I got home. My wife drove the 2 days of driving the car but noticed leaking gasoline smells. When I popped the trunk, I discovered to my dismay that the technician who worked on my car forgot to put the oil cap back. Oil ended up getting all over the engine cabin. Called the main Midas # and even the local store and re
Jenny was amazing help! I came in with a flat tire having a really bad anxiety attack and she calmed me down and helped through the whole process. She’s truly so amazing! I am really happy with the services I received here at MIDAS! Wonderful people if I would’ve give a 10 star I would!
