The transmission on my vehicle went out and I got a rebuilt one put in. The rebuilt one kept messing up, and I kept having some sort of malfunction. I kept having to take it in and get it fixed a and looked at. Many times it would stop acting up after I took it home for a about a month it would start driving funky again. Now I'm left disappointed with a broken down vehicle. I spent two months trying to get my vehicle brought in and I just got the runaround. I would just not recommend throwing a bunch of money for rebuilt transmissions, because the quality of rebuilt parts is just not there since the pandemic. Service: Transmission

Our transmission went out and had our car at another shop initially but after receiving the estimate to replace it, I began to shop around. Found Humberto's shop online and the great reviews and called him. We are very pleased with not only the work done and that we saved a little money but his customer service has really been impressive as well. He took the time to do a test drive with us when we picked it up, instructed us to bring it back in a few weeks just to have them double check everything and also when we needed to do a transmission flush. It's been a couple of months now and he again just textd me to see if we were still happy. I really have no complaints. We will take our vehicles to him for anything transmission related. I took my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid in for a transmission mount change. They got the work done quickly for a very reasonable price. They allowed me supply my own part, which not all shops will do, a lot of them want to upcharge you to make you use their part. I also received a courtesy ride back home to wait after I dropped my car off. And Humberto gave me a thorough explanation of the work done and made sure I understood. All in all, great experience, would use them again and would definitely recommend. Service: General repairs & maintenance
